Mr. Davidson, I apologize for the issues you have had in your trash service. If the problems have not been resolved, please try your contacts again. It is very busy here in the city and sometimes we are unable to come to the phone, if you leave a message, we will get back with you as soon as possible. 7/7/2010 2:32:04 PM

I know how Johanna feels. Our trash should have been picked up yesterday but wasn't nor today. I still have only an Allied Waste cart, which is full as I don't have a Central Disposal cart. I called Central Disposal, but you can only get the answering machine and it is full. Calling Greg Price ony gets the answering machine. I tried the number on the bill, and was put on hold (gave up after 18 mins) as only one person in the office and 15 people waiting in line. To make it worse this is a three day weekend so no help until Tuesday. So I'll just leave my full Allied cart out by the street. How do I get a new cart and get my trash picked up? 7/2/2010 3:46:57 PM

Johanna, we apologize for the inconvenience, there are always things that may not go as planned during a huge transition like this, we are trying to handle each event in a timely manner. Allied Waste is trying to get caught up on picking up their polycarts, if yours has not been picked up you can call 275-9062 and they will put you on their list of missed pickups, if you are not already on there. For your polycart you can contact Central Disposal at 275-5854 and they should get it out to you directly. If you still do not get results, please contact me at 878-1662. 7/2/2010 2:47:54 PM

It is now July 2, 2010 and the old green polycart is sitting out at the curb (Allied) and the blue polycart has not been delivered (Central). We were told to call on Wed the 30th if we had not gotten it by then and we did that. We called again this morning and were told we would have to call Central ourselves. This seems very poorly managed. I have some pretty rank smelling trash and have company coming this weekend. Just venting. 7/2/2010 12:31:42 PM
