Greg,
I'm having difficulty getting through to Central Disposal and their mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. As stated earlier, for some reason, my polycart has been removed after my last trash pickup. What am I suppose to do? I pay the city for trash service, this should be city issue to resolve and not me. In the meantime, I assume I can carry my own trash to the lake dumpsters located on the lake road by the boat ramp area?

Thanks,
Brien

I came home today and my trashcan is gone. I live out in the twin lakes area. Did Central Disposal pickup the cans for some reason?

Linda,
before Central Disposal began servicing the residents, we were told that the trash pickup days would be the same as the previous service. We did not realize until after receiving complaints from Lake Residents that their pick up day had changed. I apologize for the confusion, and assure you, if I am informed of any other changes, I will pass the information along, and post on the City's website ASAP.

Why was there no advance notice of this change? If this changes again, will subscribers around the lake be notified first?
