City Manager
The City Manager is responsible for overall City operations and activity. The Manager is hired by the City Commission.

The City Attorney's Office represents the City of Shawnee in all activities involving court and legal actions 

City Clerk
The City Clerk’s office is responsible for preparing the meeting agenda and issuing the agenda packets to the appropriate personnel and maintaining the proper records of Commission Minutes.
