Billy Collier

Commissioner Billy Collier was born in Rock Springs, Wy. He attended Horace Mann Elementary and graduated from Shawnee High School.

Collier was in the US Army from 1977-1982 and a Salt Lake City Police Officer from 1985-1990.

He is a Plumbing Contractor and also works at Lowes.

Collier also achieved Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
