ON 9-5-08 WE MADE CONTACT WITH BUCKMASTER AT 527 W. 10 STREET HE WAS TOLD TO COME TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND UPDATE HIS REGISTER. 9-5-08 @0900 came to pd to fill out change of address. Also updated place of employment to Trees and more. 10-23-08 BUCKMASTER CHANGED HIS ADDRESS FROM 527 W. 10TH TO 405 N. TUCKER.
