The City of Shawnee is aided tremendously by dedicated volunteers who serve on a variety of City boards, committees and commissions. Periodically, the City has openings on various boards and committees and vacancies (if any) are noted on this page. 

Individuals interested in serving on a City board, committee or commission must complete an application. The application form can be downloaded here.  Appointments are made by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Commission.
