MARVA O'NEAL

Commissioner Marva O'Neal was born in Wewoka, Oklahoma. She graduated from Douglas High School and also attended MacIntosh College in N.H. and Howard University in Washington D.C.

She is a retired civil servant having worked for FAA, IRS, GAO, and the White House. She is married to Bob O'Neal and works with him in their Sno Cone stand in Shawnee. They have one daughter Gloria Wallace who is employed by Gordon Cooper Technology Center.

She has been an avid supporter of the Dunbar Heights Association and worked to provide a safer environment for the members of that community.
