A charge for providing copies of public records is authorized by Oklahoma State Statute Title 51 Chapter 1, Section 24A.5. Charges are as follows:

• $0.25 per page for 8 ½ x 14 paper or smaller
• $1.00 per page for certified copies

The Custodian may require prepayment of a fee whenever the estimated amount exceeds $10.00.  The Custodian will provide an estimate in advance of the search for requests where search and review fees would be incurred. Any other means of reproduction not included above may result in additional charges to be determined by the Custodian.

Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, the City may charge a  fee to recover direct cost of record search and copying if it is determined the request is solely for commercial purposes, or would clearly cause excessive disruption of the essential functions of the public body.

To request records, please visit the City's open record request portal, NextRequest, to make your request. Requests received by mail, fax, email, or in person will be entered into the portal for processing.
