The City of Shawnee Budget and Finance Department handles all the financial accountability for the City of Shawnee as well as data processing and City Hall building management.  Key functions of the Department include accounting for expenditures, assets and liabilities and preparing and administering the annual budget.  The Department also monitors the annual capital budgeting process and works with auditors in preparing and presenting the annual audit. 

Finance Director
The City of Shawnee Finance Director / City Treasurer operates out of Shawnee City Hall.

The COS Accounting group provides all fiscal processing, budgeting, and finance management for the City.
