Welcome to the City Clerk's Office of the City of Shawnee Oklahoma. The City Clerk attends the meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Shawnee and keeps record of the proceedings at every meeting of the board.
The City Clerk’s office is responsible for preparing the meeting agenda and issuing the agenda packets to the appropriate personnel and maintaining the proper records of Commission Minutes.

City Commission meetings are held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall on the first and third Mondays of each month, except if it falls on a holiday, then it is held the following Tuesday.

The City Clerk’s Office is the official records keeper of all official city documents.
