The City of Shawnee Utility Billing Customer Service Division is responsible for the collection and billing of water, sewer, and sanitation services. Our main objective is processing new service, turns-ons, turn-offs, transfers, payment arrangements, adjustments, delinquency cutoffs, and other requests by our citizens.
Utility Billing Customer Service Office Hours and Location:
Utility Billing Customer Service office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. We are located at 16 West 9th Street in Shawnee. Our mailing address is Post Office Box 1448, Shawnee, Oklahoma 74802-1448.
Failure to receive your bill does not avoid or waive your billing or penalty.

Starting a new service:
To start a new service, please fill out one of the following forms: Residential or Commercial.
Once completed, please turn the application into the document into the Water Department at City Hall.
