Enhance Fitness
- an outgoing class that includes arthritis-appropriate exercises. Participants can join or quit at any time

Chair Fitness- this low intensity workout combines cardio, strength and flexibility, all modified to a seated position. (Low intensity & basic skill)

Sail Class- This class will help you to increase strength, balance and fitness and incorporate active movement into your everyday life.

Tai Chi- a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches.

Restorative Gentle Yoga- a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.
