Shawnee Twin Lakes are located West of Highway 102, South of I-40. 
To access Lake #2 and the West side of Lake #1, turn right on Pecan Grove, approximately 1 miles South of I-140.  To access the East side of Lake #1, turn right on Lake Road, approximately 3 miles South of I-40.

Swimming
Shawnee Twin Lakes has two designated swimming areas located on Shawnee Lake #1 and is free of charge.

1. Isaac Walton Park located on the East side of Lake #1 at the dead end of Lake Road.
2. Glenn Collins Memorial Park located on the West side of Lake #1.
Swimming is allowed in Lake #1 only. 

Boating and Skiing
Motorized Boating is allowed on both Shawnee Twin Lakes 1 & 2 and requires a permit.

Annual boating permit - $30.00
Daily boating permit - $7.00
Skiing, Tubing, and Personal Watercrafts  are allowed on Shawnee Lake #1 ONLY.  The same motorized boating fees apply.
Kayaks
and Canoes are allowed on BOTH lakes and do not require a permit. 

Fishing
Fishing is allowed on both Shawnee Twin Lakes 1 & 2 and requires a permit.

Please follow the Oklahoma State Fishing Regulations
Annual  fishing permit - $20.00
Daily fishing permit - $3.00
(Fishing permits not required for individuals over the age of 65.)

Hunting  
Annual Hunting Permit - $30.00
Daily Hunting Permit - $5.00

(Hunting permits not required for individuals over the age of 65.  The hunting of geese, deer, or turkey prohibited.)  

Camping 
There are 15 designated primitive campsites located at Isaac Walton Park at the dead end of Lake Road. 

Camping fee - $8.00 per site per day for a maximum of 7 days.  Camping sites can hold two tents. 
No reservations – First Come, First Served.  Occupy site before paying online or use the onsite cash envelopes & drop box.

Campsites and public restrooms are only available at certain times of the year. Please call 405-878-1528 for more information.  Campsites are now open for 2024!

Cash Drop Boxes for daily permits are available in Isaac Walton Park, Glen Collins, and near boat docks.
