Mayor Richard Finley

  Mr. Finley is a retired partner of Finley & Cook, a successful Oklahoma Certified Public Accounting firm.      Finley began working at the firm in 1973 and was a partner in the firm from 1977 through 2015, in     charge of the Tax Department.
 Finley received a Bachelor of Science degree from  Central State University in Edmond.  He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1975 and is a member of both the OSCPA and AICPA.  He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of NACVA.
